Gabrielle’s artwork features fine, hand drawn detail using ink pen, as well as ink applied by brush to create the background colour and to build the mood of each piece. Gabrielle has been exhibiting her artwork since 2009 and during this time she has experimented with inks to develop her own distinctive style with this medium.
Gabrielle is always drawn to using a great deal of detail in her work and has a passion for using intricate patterns in the subject matter that she draws. Her artwork is inspired by nature; representations of mood and emotion and the patterns hidden in the landscape, in animals, plant and sea life.
