Here are some common questions about Art Red Hill.

I submitted for Art Red Hill earlier this year. Do I need to resubmit?

Due to the cancellation of the physical show back in March, submissions were cancelled & all submission fees were refunded. Now that we are running a Virtual Show, we are working with Gallery 247 to assist in running the show. Because of this, you will need to create a Gallery 247 profile & enter as per instructions above.

Is the show invite only?

No, anyone is welcome to submit their work for consideration. A selection panel review all works and make their selections. Closing date for submissions is Friday 16th October, 2020. Artists will be advised if their submission is successful.

When is the show?

Due to the circumstances of COVID19, Art Red Hill 2020 is being run as a virtual art show this year. The virtual show will open on Sunday 18th October 2020 & close on Friday 30th October.

Are all the works for sale?
Yes, all exhibited works are for sale.
Who decides the price?
The artist dictates the price of the piece.
Does the school retain a percentage of the sale price?
Yes. Art Red Hill is a fundraiser for Red Hill Consolidated School & the school retains 30% commission.
Are there prizes at Art Red Hill?


Due to COVID19, we did not feel it was appropriate for us to raise sponsorship funds for the show this year as most of our local businesses have suffered financial implications & therefore, there are no prizes this year.
